A History of Dependable Service
Iron Range Bus Lines Inc. has been owned and operated by the Logozzo family for over 80 years. Established in 1940 by Sam Logozzo, the company started out with one bus that travelled back and forth from Kakabeka to Thunder Bay every day.
Today, Iron Range serves six school boards with more than 200 school buses, transporting more than 10,000 students a day. We employ 265 staff members including administration, drivers, mechanics and shop staff, in four locations across Northwestern Ontario. Living in and working to support the local communities is a very important aspect of our business. We service the Northwest with safe, reliable, modern buses and are very proud of our safety record.
Unsurpassed Commitment and Service
There is a sense of community between the bus drivers, the children, and their parents. Bus drivers can even be looked upon as role models, as well as friends.
Our commitment to our employees and our exceptional service to our customers have enabled Iron Range to continually expand, providing the safest and most dependable transportation for students, tourists, business convention attendees, and local residents.
Iron Range Bus Lines has always enforced safety, without a doubt - no questions asked!
